Diagnoses: Shoulder Impingement, Adhesive Capsulitis, Rotator Cuff Tear/Repair, Fractures of Upper Extremity, Lateral Epicondylitis, S/P Cubital and Carpal Tunnel Release, Tenosynovitis, Parkinson ’s Disease, S/P CVA, Alzheimer's Disease, Vascular Dementia, Incontinence
Interventions: Interventions consisted of modalities including therapeutic ultrasound, hot packs, and cryotherapy as well as therapeutic activities, strengthening PREs, ADL retraining, passive range of motion, active assisted range of motion, manual soft tissue mobilization, desensitizations, and implentation of adaptive equipment.

Interventions: motor coordination re-training, mirror therapy, active/passive range of motion, progressive resistive exercise, occupation-based activities (while wearing a hand constraint), physical agent modalities, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, BTE Work Simulator, and a limitless amount of activities promoting prehension and in-hand manipulation

Diagnosis: s/p Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, s/p bone fracture, s/p hip/knee replacement, pneumonia, s/p cerebrovascular accident, s/p myocardinal infarction, DiGeorge syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, hemiparesis/hemiplegia, Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.
Interventions: "Joint Camp" post joint replacement protocol, occupation-based BADL (toileting, grooming, feeding), functional mobility, family education, adaptive equipment training, play therapy, Handwriting Without Tears, techniques in fine/gross motor enhancement as it pertains to occupation.
Special Opportunities: Involved in weekly Autism group where social participation was practiced and social strategies were rehearsed.

Interventions: Handwriting Without Tears, visual perception enhancement, fine/gross motor enhancement, etc.
